Expanding to meet industry needs, InteleDoc Plus, U.S. Recordings’ multi-level eRecording platform, now integrates into Level II, adding templates for lien releases and assignments for all jurisdictions.  The system imports data directly from mortgage databases to automatically create InteleDoc Plus documents specific to each state.  U.S. Recordings’ footprint has nearly quadrupled from last year, with numerous counties planned for 2006.

 In conjunction with U.S. Recordings’ partner Fidlar Software Systems, InteleDoc Plus electronically records in Rock Island County, Ill., and Eau Claire and Winnebago counties, Wis., It has expanded into Champaign and Columbia counties, Ill.  With Aptitude Solutions, it is generating electronic releases for Broward County, Fla. with InteleDoc Plus, and is testing with Ozaukee County, Wis. in Level III, and Snohomish County, Wash.; Salt Lake County, Utah; and Monmouth County, N.J. in Level II.
