U.S. Recordings expands into six new counties

U.S. Recordings, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based provider of mortgage recording solutions since 1967, announced further expansion of its electronic recording footprint into six new counties.

InteleDoc Plus™, U.S. Recordings multi-level eRecording platform, was created in 2003 to submit and receive data electronically on a Level III basis with enabled counties.  InteleDoc Plus now integrates into Level II, adding templates for lien releases and assignments for all jurisdictions.   According to company officials, U.S. Recordings has grown nearly four-fold from last year, with numerous counties planned for 2006.
