U.S. Recordings leads the way in the paperless document revolution.  We designed our web-based eRecording software and electronic document preparation tool — InteleDoc Plus — to improve turn times for the recording of mortgages, deeds of trust, satisfactions, certificates of release and assignments, while reducing transaction costs associated with shipping and redrafts due to lost documents and errors. This multilevel electronic system integrates directly with the jurisdictional receiver systems to submit and receive recording data for satisfactions/releases and assignments. 

Electronic recording of these documents is the primary means of interfacing with all of the electronically enabled jurisdictions following PRIA standards.  For jurisdictions that are not electronically enabled, InteleDoc Plus will prepare and print paper documents that conform to the specific guidelines, margins and formats for all 3,700+ jurisdictions.

InteleDoc Plus is a web-based interface with built-in reporting and workflow tools.  Workloads can be monitored from a universal dashboard, which identifies and reassigns the current workflow based on dates, volumes and access.
